What is fitness ?

Many exercisers have absolutely no idea what fitness means, where they are heading or why they are performing the exercises they do!

The online Medical Dictionary gives the perfect definition of fitness.

FITNESS - The state or condition of being physically sound and healthy, especially as the result of exercise and proper nutrition

So how do we get to this optimum state of wellbeing ? Everything we do affects our level of fitness and our physical state. What we eat, how/when we exercise, our environment and toxins in our body, sleep, stress, mental awareness etc etc etc.

I am here to assist you to move as close to that optimum level of health as possible .. so you can wake up every morning feeling fabulous with a fit body to boot !
